Sweet Bergie is doing incredible.   He had his FHO Surgery and immediately started feeling better.   We got his infection under control with antibiotics, and his fever came down within a couple of days.    All Bergie needed was for someone to care and get him to the Hospital.     He has been nothing but sweet and loving the entire time we have had.   You would never believe the pain he was in based on how happy he was to have someone love and care for him.  I will never know how anyone could have given up this beautiful dog.   His injury was several weeks old.  He did not have to suffer this way.  It appears he never complained during this time.  He remained sweet and loving only to be abandoned by the only Family he knew.

The good news is that Bergie is thriving with all the love and affection.   Everyone that is around Bergie is shocked someone gave him up.  He is the perfect dog that wants nothing more than to please people.   Bergie is going to make someone the best member of the Family.  If you are looking for a new best Friend, please consider Bergie.   He gives 1000% and asks for very little in return.
