DALLY has found her Forever Home.
Dally has been with Noah's Arks Rescue for almost FIVE years. She has gone through training and more training to help her get through her uncertainties of the world. Dally was SHOT point blank in her hind leg, thus causing amputation. We learned through much Obedience Training that Dally could conquer being focused and listening to her handler. But, Dally's biggest obstacle was TRUST.
This past year we have taken Dally to many Adoption Events. We pushed her through some of her anxiety of big scary and the loud world around her. You could see her trust and confidence building as she was more relaxed at our events. She has having fun. She was happy. But, it was still going to take that Special Person, to understand Dally and her needs.
Dally's person finally came to an Adoption Event about a month ago. She listened to me on how to approach Dally. Following that day, she came to see Dally and the day after that, and the day after that. Dally is special to all of us at NAR. From Jennifer rescuing her to all of our Volunteers who work with her. We all love her dearly.
But, excitably, Christy LOVES her too! Most importantly DALLY LOVES and TRUSTS Christy. They are truly meant to be. We couldn't be happier for Dally. She is a super special pup.
Dally now has a home to call her own. She has a back yard to run and play. Dally's new life is filled with unconditional love, belly rubs, play time and many new adventures! Dally will for sure be spoiled for the rest of her life.
