Hershey is an amazing animal that has decided that Life is too short to not live it to the fullest.   He is acting like a Puppy he feel so incredible.    The surgeons gave him the week-end to relax before starting him on Chemotherapy.   He has started eating like a champ and is not having any issues from his surgery.  He has surpassed all of our expectations and is now ready to move forward with his Therapy.   We are not doing Chemo because of the tumor he had but because the tumor had metastasized to his lungs.    He is strong enough for us to go forward with the next stage of his Journey to rid his body of as much of the cancer as we can so he can have a much longer Life without suffering.   Quality of Life is our top priority.  We want these wonderful animals to finally be able to be a dog and enjoy Life surrounded with unconditional Love and Support.   Hershey is up to the task of living and we are up to the task of making sure he has whatever he needs to support that.   He has a Team of Oncologists that will be adjusting his routine and protocol daily to make sure he is tolerating the treatments well.  He is also being supplemented with a holistic protocol to support his immune system during his treatments.   Life is Good is his new motto.   Now that his massive tumor is not holding him back, the sky is the limit for Hershey.   He has the energy and love of a puppy.  We are so happy for this wonderful dog.    We don't know how much time he has left but we do know it is going to be filled with unconditional Love and Support.   This is his time and we are going to make it special.
