This is Juliet. She is a small, beautiful 25 lb. 6 month old fluffball that was picked up on the side of the road and taken to the Bamberg, SC Shelter. After she was picked up, they soon realized she had a terribly mangled front leg. We are amazed this sweet pup did not have gangrene in that leg but she didn’t. How anyone could let this baby run around with this shredded leg that looks like it was caught in some sort of trap, is beyond us. We knew if we didn’t do something eventually the legs infection would get worse and the pup would die a horrible death.
Juliet is having her leg amputated today and will be spayed at the same time. We have a foster for her but will need a wonderful forever home for this beauty.
