Sweet 7 year old Mason was found wandering around Lymon, SC.  He was bleeding from his back leg and looked like he had been shot.  A good samaritan picked him up and then we were contacted.  He is an older pomeranian that it appears had been attacked by another dog.  He has muscle and ligament damage that will heal once we get the infection taken care of. He is at the surgical center in Columbia, SC where drains had to be surgically put in to clean out all the infection.  He is a sweet little man that is slowly coming around.  He hadn’t used his back leg since we got him but since the procedure he is now beginning to put weight on it.  We did find some pellets where he had been shot but that is not what caused this injury.

Mason is doing great since she had her surgery.  She is finally putting weight on her injured  leg.

Sweet Mason is with a wonderful family in New England and is being spoiled rotten.
