This beautiful sweet boy is a 4 year old husky that was picked up as a stray and brought to the Emergency Animal Clinic In Greenville, SC. They did x-rays and discovered he had a right broken femur. No one was looking for him and he had no identification so he was taken to Animal Control in Greenville. After 5 days no one stepped up for him so he was scheduled to be euthanized on Sunday. This is a great dog that got along wonderful with everyone. He just needed surgery. It was going to be a tragedy for him to be put down, so on Sunday we stepped up and had him transferred to our doctor and scheduled for surgery in Columbia, SC. He isn't an abuse case (which is almost all we do) but he is a beautiful sweet animal that has a lot of life left to live. He deserves to have another chance with a new family so we are giving it to him.

Rashi is doing great. She is such a sweetheart. We desperately need donations for her. She is finally smiling after having her surgery.

Rashi is acting like he never even had surgery. He is an active boy that cannot wait until he can get to run free with the rest of the dogs. He is on strict cage rest so the leg can heal. We still needs lots of funds for his surgery so please forward to all your husky friends.

Rashi is doing wonderful with his foster family and is ready to start running around. Infortunately, he still has four more weeks of restricted exercise to go before he can get out on his own and run.
RASHI HAS BEEN ADOPTED.
Rashi is done with his rehab and is ready to be adopted. He needs to walk on a retractable leash for three weeks and then he can run to his hearts content.
